Shipping and Return Policies 

1. Shipping Services

• Deliveries are only made to the first floor. Additional fees may apply for upper floors without an elevator.
• Standard delivery times are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Returns and Exchanges

• Customers have a seven-day return period under the Consumer Protection Act.
• Items must be returned in brand-new condition with complete packaging.
• Damage to packaging or missing parts may affect return eligibility.
